Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Access will continue until the end of the billing period.
• No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.
• Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• Account access may be limited
• Subscription may be paused
• Services may be suspended until payment is completed

5. Pricing Changes

• We may update pricing with prior notice.
• Existing subscribers may retain pricing for the current billing cycle.
